On Jobberd two parties who don't know each other yet work together. Here's what's in place to make that safe for both.
As soon as a company accepts someone, Stripe holds the amount. The money only reaches the professional after the company approves the delivery.
So the company can't pull the money back while the work is running, and nothing is paid out for work that was never delivered.
Companies set screening questions per assignment. Only those who answer them come into view.
That keeps mass applications out and makes sure every response is about something.
Every completed assignment produces a review. Missed deadlines are recorded on the profile.
That way everyone builds a history the other side can weigh up next time.
If you disagree about the delivery, either side opens a dispute. Jobberd reviews the assignment description and the delivered work and mediates.
The amount stays in escrow for as long as the dispute runs.
What we don't do
Which data we process and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy policy.
Something not right about an assignment, a profile or a message? Let us know and we'll look into it.
